(A NEW STORY WRITTEN WITH LYNN DAKOTA)
This is a story written with

about a special date, from two different sides.

The meal finally ended and all to soon it was time for them to leave. The hours had passed
so quickly he was amazed at the time when he looked at his watch. Hell he thought your not
a teenager with a time to get home by.
He paid the bill, money did not matter for an evening like this he thought as he left a
larger than normal tip. And they made there way outside.
The night sky was clear, and they both looked up as the moons silver glow lit up the nights sky.
The light shone on her face, and his heart beat in his chest so hard, he thought she must
hear it.
Slowly she turned to him, and took his hand. "Can we walk for while" she said "It is to
special a night for it to end now"
He took her hand and they walked down the road, listening to the nights gentle sounds,
neither wanting to break the spell. They found a bench next to the small village pond,
the moon casting shimmering shadows on the mirror like surface.
Sitting down, she shuddered, and without thinking, he put his arm round her.
She nestled into his shoulder, as if it was made for her, and he gave up a silent prayer
for being given this moment.
She turned her face to him, a smile playing on across her lips, and as he looked into her
eyes, he could see the reflection in the tears that played at the corners of each one.
He looked at her, and as if it was the most natural thing in the world, lent and slowly
kissed her.
Fireworks went off in his head, his heart seemed to explode in his chest and his lips
tasted her sweetness of what he decided he wanted for the rest of his life.
As they slowly parted, she looked into his eyes, and softly said
"Thank you, oh love thank you"
They walked back to the car, hand in hand, heart in heart, steps in time, to the beating
of their hearts. As they drove home, it suddenly hit him, she had called him love!
They got to her door, and he kissed her again, this time not gentle, but urgent, wanting
her to know just how much she meant to him.
"Can I see you again" he asked after they had stopped to take a breath.
What a silly question, then he added as if to cover up the silliness.
"I need you in my life, love. I need you in my life for ever"
He did not know why he said it, but he had, and the look in her eyes told him, it had not
been a mistake.
Finally he drove back to his empty house, a smile on his face, and a heart that knew it had
found love, and he would not be alone much longer.
Storyheart
The time passed too quickly for them. She felt so comfortable, so at ease with him, it was
like magic! She felt she had found that someone she had been looking for, her whole life!
When he finally paid the bill, they could linger at their coffee no more. They slowly made
their way to the door, signaling the end of their night. Stepping out into a clear, cool
starry night. The moon was so full, it took her breath away. She felt this must be a sign,
not to end this night so soon. She was over-powered by emotions, so much so she asked
if they could just walk a short ways.
Surprisingly he must have felt it too, for he took her hand and led the way. Finding a bench
near a man-made little pond, they sat down. She shivered with the cool breeze and he put
his arm around her. As if they had been dating for weeks, instead of one night she fell
easily into his shoulder. She felt warm and safe there. Turning to face him, a smile
snuck upon her face and tears formed in the corner of her eyes. Tears of happiness,
that had been absent from her life for so long.
He must have felt how she was feeling too, for he leaned into her and softly kissed her
lips. She was so happy, felt so fulfilled she softly said "Thank you, love" as if she had
known him intimately, forever.
They sat in silence for awhile, watching the moon dance on the water. Both content to sit
here forever, not wanting this to end. But alas, they knew they must return to reality and
slowly, they walked to the car hand in hand.
Reaching her door, they again wrapped into a kiss, but this time it was urgent, hungry.
They both felt, they had found one another despite all the tragedies in their lives.
When he asked to see her again, she replies with tears, "and again and again and again."
He smiled and told her he needed her....needed her forever.
She knew then he was all she would ever need. He was her destiny!
